About me

• AB University of Calif, Irvine in philosophy, 1979
• Graduated UC Davis School of Vet Med 1997 with Carla Pion's class. Paul Pion taught our first year cardiology class. All further attempts to teach me cardiology have failed.
• I've been a single mom since 1993. One daughter born in 1992. We currently have 1 flat-coated retriever, 1 chihuahua/doxie/min pin mix (almost a sure guarantee for a nightmare toenail trim, isn't she?), 4 cats, 1 desert tortoise and a tank full of non-descript fish. We live in Redlands, CA.
• I am a small animal associate in a small animal, avian and exotics practice in Riverside (Pedley), CA. My first job out of school and I am still here and enjoying it.

What I like about VIN

• The people--not just the reps or consultants, but the subscribers as well. I have enjoyed the rich friendships and learning environment immensely. Ok, that sounds sappy. sorry, best I can do this late at night.
