What are membership rates for Individual Members?

$65/month or $810/annual.

What are membership rates for Payment Groups?

2 Veterinarians: $55 per veterinarian per month ($110/month or $1,380/annual for the group)

3 Veterinarians: $52 per veterinarian per month ($156/month or $1,962/annual for the group)

4 Veterinarians: $48 per veterinarian per month ($192/month or $2,400/annual for the group)

5 or more Veterinarians: $44 per veterinarian per month

Veterinarians qualify for a VIN payment group when they work full-time at the same clinic. There are no "hospital accounts" on VIN. Each person accessing VIN should do so with their own secure information (their own account). We "group" personal accounts together to form payment groups.

To create a new payment group (or update your existing group), please call or email VINGram@vin.com to provide a list of veterinarians. Please include in your list the following information about your associates:

If your associates are NEW to VIN (have never had a VIN membership before):

• Full Name:
• Personal email address:
• Personal phone number:
• Their position (owner, associate, etc,.):
• Their Veterinary school information (school name, degree earned, grad month and year)
• Practice Location (name and address)
• Preferred contact number

If your associates are RETURNING or CURRENT VIN members:

• Full Name:
• Personal email address:
• VIN Username (if you have it)
• Their Veterinary school information (school name, degree earned, grad month and year)
• Practice Location (name and address)
• Preferred contact number

If your associates are current members of VIN and we are able to locate an existing membership record for them, we can simply convert their billing to the group account.

What are membership rates for Recent Graduates?

1st Year after earning a veterinary degree: Save 70%: $19.50/month or $243/annual

2nd Year after earning a veterinary degree: Save 40%: $39.00/month or $486/annual

For Example: If you graduate in May 2025, you can receive the 70% discount for the first 12 months after you graduate (June 1st 2025 through May 31st 2026). If you wait to renew your membership until July 1st 2025 after your May 2025 graduation, you will receive the 70% discount for only the months July 2025 through the following May 2026, and the months after that are at the second year new graduate 40% discount until May 31st 2027. In this example, regular rates begin June 2027.

What are membership rates for Academic Members?

Veterinary students, interns, and residents at accredited US, Canadian, and Caribbean veterinary universities receive VIN membership for free when they sign up using a school provided e-mail address. Students, interns, and residents from other veterinary schools should contact VIN for membership access (vingram@vin.com). See the "Academic Membership Policy" FAQ for more information.

Auto-Renew Discounts (Annual memberships only): When you choose the Auto-Renew option and pay for your annual membership by credit card you'll save:

 $30.00 off single yearly membership ($780)

 $23.00 per veterinarian off the 2 member group yearly membership ($1334)

 $20.00 per veterinarian off the 3 member group yearly membership ($1902)

 $17.00 per veterinarian off the 4 member group yearly membership ($2332)

How can I save on VIN membership costs?

Choosing an auto-renew option as a single member (monthly or yearly, credit card required) is the most cost effective choice. See Auto-Renew Discounts above.

Get a payment group membership for your practice and pay monthly with a credit card. If you have more than one veterinarian in your practice, you may qualify for a group rate (see group memberships). The VIN price structure is unique in that the monthly payment option with credit card is the most cost effective option for groups.
