Staphylococcal Pneumonia and Septicemia in a Confined IOrcinus orca

A mature male Orcinus orca, confined for 16 years developed lethargy and anorexia. Death occurred suddenly due to circulatory collapse, septicemia and pneumonia.  Clinical signs, course of the disease and postmortem findings are discussed.
