With Spike's recent life cycle consultation, he is now protected from the diseases of our community, and on preventatives to help reduce the risk of contact. We want to commend you as a caring pet parent. Concurrently, we can now provide additional services for your benefit and Spike's well-being.

As a preferred client, you and Spike will enjoy priority access to our healthcare services (practice specific, +/- boarding and grooming). Since Spike is on preventatives and protected from common diseases, you and he can now access our drop-off healthcare programs, dropping him off early in the morning for wellness care, then picking him up later in the day, after the treatments have been completed. We want every animal in our facility to be protected from contamination and infection, so this privilege is not offered lightly. As a preferred client, we will waive the day hospitalization fees, and keep you informed by text message or phone of any incidental needs that may arise while Spike is in our care.

As a preferred client, you will receive our newsletter and our "Pet Parent Awareness Alert" notices, when there are increasing pet welfare threats within our community. You are also now eligible for our fast-in, fast-out, nursing vaccination programs, saving you the cost of a doctor's consultation, unless you specifically have requested one. Spike is also eligible for our "Slimmer Program" counseling, in case his ribs disappear under extra insulation. This is a nursing courtesy, and research has shown that pets that are kept slim can have an extra twenty-two months of life.

Please stop by and get Spike a biscuit treat whenever you are in our area. It is nice for him to have a visit to his vet without a probe or poke.
