Current Professional Activities

  • Small animal practice, both in a small animal hospital and in a housecall practice called Vet on Wheels (Vet-on-Wheels.com)
  • I teach Anatomy and Physiology for the Veterinary Technology Program at Bergen Community College, hoping to contribute to the education of the veterinary technical staff.

Special Interests

  • Geriatric feline medicine and exotic animal medicine

  • AVMA, AAHA, NJVMA, NNJVMA
  • Participated in the 9th Internation Symposium on Human-Animal Interactions, 2001, and gave a paper on the Effect of Illness in Pets on the Well Being in the Elderly

  • Playing the jazz saxophone
