If you agree to receive text messages from Veterinary Information Network®, you may get messages about your VIN membership, links to content you’ve requested, and answers to CE questions. Standard messaging rates may apply.

Message Frequency

VIN will only send text messages when you request support or your membership needs attention. In general, you can expect to receive fewer than 5 text messages during these exchanges.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Your phone carrier may charge you for each message sent or received. These charges can vary depending on your carrier and whether the message is sent within the country or internationally.

How to Opt-In

You can agree to receive SMS messages from Veterinary Information Network® during a phone call or through the VIN website www.vin.com. During the call, you’ll be asked: "Do you agree to receive texts from Veterinary Information Network® (VIN)? Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, text STOP to opt-out. See our privacy policy at www.vin.com/policies." Your consent will never be shared with third parties for any purpose, including marketing. VIN will not send you any texts without your permission.

How to Opt-Out

You can stop receiving texts from Veterinary Information Network® by replying STOP to any SMS message. Once you opt-out, you won’t get any more messages. If you want to start receiving texts again, reply START.
